Extremely affordable, but an extremely neglected building

This company is affordable, can be haggled, and they give month to month leases. I have resided in an affordable fidelity apt for about a year now. However, MANY cons outweigh the pros. Mice and cockroaches are a HUGE problem. Wood floors give way to 1-2 inch holes in the planks. The paint job is horrendous; the windows have been painted shut. When I force them open, paint chips everywhere. The water heat is impossible to control and sometimes the toilet water never flushes completely. There are so many things wrong with this apt. Sadly, if they were to maintain this apartment consistantly... I believe this apartment could be an envy of the block. Worst of all, when calling maintance, expect to nag and nothing to get done.

Filth, just plain filth

As a Baltimore resident for over four years, I can safely say that I've never seen an apartment buil...
